*CalRecycle ignored a previous petition to stop paying incentive grants to Municipalities for using Toxic Waste Tire Crumb on Playgrounds and Playfields. They announced their 2014-2015 program right after the election. We should not be in the business of applying through a lottery system for cash for slush funds for greedy political bad actors. It’s clear the hazmats for kids lottery is a Public Health Menace. Let’s tell CalRecycle that we’re done with it.

We need to ban toxic turf and keep our children safe.
If there is even a slight possibility that toxic turf can make our kids sick, then it should be discontinued. What are we waiting for? Higher numbers of soccer players to be diagnose as cancer patients?
